serial problem

i have purshased the software traktor 3 pro.

i have been given a serial key that when i am putting it in it says to me that its not licensed key

what can i do?

please some help

    I ve been there

    could not connect with the server

    i refresh the page all the time but nothing happens

    have made 3 tickets already no answer

    I have the same problem... My serial number does not work, it simply has no effect. Since the 19th I do not receive a solution to my problem. THEY NEVER ANSWER TO OPEN TICKS !!!! Is it a scam?

    When I enter the Serial provided for TRAKTOR PRO 3.9 (TP38F-...................-CBBU3) via Native Access, it has no effect. I have opened two support tickets, and they never answer.

    Regarding request 3971557 and 3966874, my colleagues replied to you. Please check their solution, if that doesn't work or if you consider the answer is too late, please get back to them and confirm your refund request.

    Yes, they gave me a solution. It works, but it took too long. I lost a job on the night of the 23rd because of you.
