Traktor scratch pro 2.0 and Windows 11 issue

I'm having trouble with the software not recognizing the control vinyl and I'm wondering if the issue is Windows 11 not being compatible with Traktor pro 2.0 software?

I'm using Traktor audio 10

    Do you get no input signal at all?

    Can you share screenshots of your settings? Audio setup, input and output routing.

    Can't be asked to look to closely. The upsidedown makes my head hurt.

    But it seems traktor gets a signal:

    What exactly does not work?

    Hint for the next time:

    • Open this forum on the computer with traktor.
    • Win + Shift + S to screenshot a relevant part of the screen
    • Ctrl + V into the forum comment.

    I do get a signal i can play on line thru pc but not with control vinyl?

    I get a signal on the calibration ( only single circle) but the two buttons next to the play button are greyed out?

    Do you get any error? Like "low timecode volume" or something similar?

    It's not a phono signal into a line in, is it?

    No error!

    The traktor audio ten is receiving phono signal then sends it to the mixer on line in?

    I read an article on NI about Windows 11 and compatibility it mentioned Traktor Pro3 but not Pro2 so was thinking it might be a software issue?

    Traktor starts and gets a signal. I doubt it's an windows 11 issue.

    Signal seems low, but I will check how it looks on my system when I get home.

    You can try to increase gain.


    Normally when you start the DVS the bottom left it should say "Calibrating .. " for a few seconds. At least on traktor 3.

    Yeah its not calibrating just waiting?

    Tried to update as there was one in Native Access now it won't even load the programme 😡🤬

    Searched NI forum and turns out pro2 isn't compatible with Windows 11 🤦‍♂️

    Purchased pro3 to be cont.......

    Downloaded Pro3 worked straight away it was Windows 11
