Waiting For Connection Error - Kontakt 6 or 7 player

Hi there. I recently updated to Native Access because I was having issues with older versions, but are now having issues getting any Kontakt Players to install/update.

I have tried all of the suggestions on the support pages, but continue to get a 'Waiting for Connection' error. Has anyone managed to get around this?

I am not using a VPN
Have tried multiple network connections including hotspot.
Firewall/Antivirus turned off
Cleared iso or Aria files
File Management folders are all set to different locations
Changed ports, and DNS settings
Have tried VPN as a last resort

Using Windows 10 PC.

Any tips are much appreciated. Very frustrating

Please don't use VPN!!

I don't usually.

Download a vpn as a last resort to see if it could help as I am out of ideas.
