kontakt bank locked instrument

hi everyone

i have this annoying bug when i opened a new bank and i put one of the new extension in one of the programs, i cannot open it from there.

he think that i want to go to the back-end

i cannot even see the plug properly all the fonts and picture are messed up.

also he didn't resize biggest skin plug.

please help

Yeah we need more info here. Detailed description, operating system, DAW, etc...

If you open a new bank. Now load a plug (drag and drop) into a program.

Try with prime bass for exemple.

Now double click on the plug to load a snap shot.

You cannot. The plug is locked.

I think kontakt think that I want to got the back end of the plug, that's locked for the newest one.

Second of all the PNG don't load property.

And finally the large plug are not fully appears.

I will send pic as soon I will be in the studio.

@dr.mimouni I'm sorry to come back so late to this thread. Some screenshots would be hlpful here, if you still need help of course. It's really difficult here to see what the issue is, it would be great to include info on operating system, what DAW you're using, etc...
