Trying to crossgrade Ozone 10 standard to Ozone 10 Advanced but webshop says i'm not eligible for crossgrade pricing even though I just bought Komplete 14 standard (upgraded from Komplete Select recently). Will this work for me?

@bengallica My colleagues got back to you today. I'll put this in for any other affected users:

"It has come to our attention that, on rare occasions, the website may incorrectly indicate ineligibility for certain Crossgrade offerings"

"After personally reviewing your account, we can confirm that you do qualify for the Crossgrade you have been interested in."

"We kindly request that you disregard the warning message and proceed with confidence to purchase the Crossgrade version.

Rest assured, you will be able to register it without any issues, as expected."

IIRC it's just a visual error. You are eligible for the crossgrade.
