My plugins doesnt appear anymore on komplete kontrol

i switch from a Macbook pro m1 2021 to a Macbook pro m2 Max 2023, and now my arturia and u-he plugins doesnt appear anymore on komplete kontrol. is there a way to fix this?

For U-he products you need to install the NKS files separately, the dowload links are available on each product, for example for Diva:

Download the latest versions. Make sure to install NKS content. Then rescan your plugins.

how can i install the nks content?

With the u-he plugins it is usually an option in the installer. Arturia should install it by default but it may be that they are not so uncheck the option in the Arturia Software Centre preferences to do a silent install - this will let you see what installer options are setup. Make sure NKS is selected then you can go back to silent installs for the rest

i did all this, but still doesnt work, its something else that i can do? i even reset already the kontrol data base

Have you enabled full disk access for Komplete Kontrol?

Also check the NKS folders to see if the .nksf files have actually been installed and the KK Library tab to see if the paths have been added to them

wheres the location on mac for the nks folders?

For Arturia they are in the plugin library folders eg:

/Library/Arturia/ARP 2600 V3/Third Party/Native Instruments/presets

For u-he they are in the u-he application support folders eg

/Library/Application Support/u-he/Diva/NKS/Diva
