What do I do if I have not heard from Hardware Support?

I submitted a ticket to hardware support nearly three weeks ago, while the warranty on my S88 was active. As of now, it no longer is active. How can I escalate this ticket, and will the warranty still apply for a repair or replacement?

Can try and ping some of the mods on the forum here to assist. Unfortunately slow/poor/vacant support seems to be a pretty common topic at the moment, a sign of either a lot of activiuty, a lot of problems or just a lack of sufficient people to deal with users.
If the ticket was raised before end of warranty I wouldn't stress as it is not your fault they are slow to action things. Even if it is just past the mark likely it would be actioned still (if warrantable).
