Traktor 3.9 Timecode Calibration Lag

So as soon as I open Traktor and try calibrating via timecode. It says that it has calibrated but there is a huge lag between what I do on the physical gear and what happens in Traktor.

Only after 30 seconds or so, does everything return back to normal where there is no lag at all.

It isn't a major issue but I just thought I would bring this to the team's attention
