hello guys~

the New York Piano always appears NOT ACTIVATED

but the problem is I have bought Komplete 13 and have serial number

BUT USELESS!!!!!

How to solve this problem???

who knows?please show me.

    New York Concert Grand is not part of Komplete 13. It is the Library that has been discontinued way, way ago.

    You have installed it, but also need to enter Licence Number to NA...
