Irish harp not showing up in native access

Hey guys this happened with hypha to where i claimed free instrument and its not showing up in native access to download and took 2 days to show up. I claimed the Irish harp today and its doing the same thing? Anyone know why the hell this is happening? I sure know when you purchase something from NI it shows up in seconds. Entire komplete 13 and 14 ultimate libraries show up immediately for download. Weird to me.

    Same thing is happening to me also. Irish Harp not showing in "Available" tab in Native Access ?????

    You have to add Serial to NA. And Serial you should find at your NI User Account.

    I have just done that hour ago.....

    Where is the irish harp serial number at though i cant find it in products and serials its not showing up there either?

    I found it, had to go on NI on my iphone browser, wont show up on my pc webbrowser that is weird as hell. I knew there had to be a serial number thanks for letting me know.

    they need to do a better job at getting software to link up with native access because this is a couple times now its happened to me

    It has showed to me above "Registered Products" in section "Not Registered".

    It's not showing for me under the Not Registered tab either. I followed the links from the email to claim it, and even gave it several hours to update before checking again when it wasn't there the first time.

    It's still not showing up in my product/serial # page or on native access after most of the day. Hopefully they will fix this issue soon.

    Irish Harp serial number also not shown in my products and serials.

    But have the following shown: Not Registered - Analog Dreams Registered - Analog Dreams 2020 what gives with that ????

    If the serial does not show up in PC browser, then what to do if you do not own an iPhone?

    NI - I like the new brand identity....it's nice. But issues like this makes people frusturated no matter how nice the logo is. Can you let us know when the problem is fixed?
