New Komplete Kontrol S88 with Komplete 14 Standard?

Hello, I bought my new Komplete Kontrol S88... This month should have NI promotion. If you buy Komplete Kontrol S88 you will get Komplete 14 Standard for free. After registration of my new Kontrol S88 I dont see nothing from Komplete 14 Standard in Native Access.

Does anyone have similar experience?

Try this:

Log into NI with your account credentials, look in <my products & serials> for the SN for the Komplete Standard bundle, then start NA and register the SN. Refresh NA and the individual installers should show up shortly.
