Irish Harp doesn't show up in the Available tab

Why have a link to the Irish Harp Manual that doesn't work?

    Just be patient some people have been able to download it, I guess there is just a lot of demand - also try refresh in NA2

    Same here, i click on the website, i have a message saying it was added.

    But then, nothing in Native Access.

    Anyone figured it out?

    Yep, same here. No joy in downloading it. Just going round and round in circles. what a crock..!!

    It will not appear in NA automatically... You have to go to your NI user account, copy the licence number and enter it to NA.

    Irish Harp also does not appear in my NI User account even though the download was stated as successful online !!!!

    took a few hours but it was added to my NI ACCESS and it all works and sounds really good, thanks Native Instruments:)

    It did pop into NA without the serial number, just took a while.

    Yeah I didn't need to add the serial, it just meant waiting a bit, it's only officially announced by email today so think NI were not entirely ready

    I had to add it to NA. Maybe it would get there automatically anyway, but this had speeded it, I guess...
