Does you NI account keep your serial number for the Komplete Audio 6 interface?
Inreset my PC and need to reactivate the interface by the looks of it. Or is there a way to do it without the serial number?
Yeah I looked a few times and couldn’t see it. It’s not on the bottom of the device either. Luckily it’s working fine now after I downloaded the latest driver so hopefully that’s sorted.

In NI site under your account “my products and serials” all your registered softwares/hardwares shoul be listed
I checked your account and you still have the serials for the software that comes with the soundcard. There's no need for serials to download or install the drivers anyway.
