License transfer - still long time to get through?

Hi all,

sold my K14 standard upgrade license, as I've had a change of hearts, and went for the k14 ultimate instead. However, the automatic transfer ID have not been processed. How long time does this take? Just on day two, but last time with 2nd hand it was immediately...
