my kontakt7 cannot load sound instrument??? why???

my kontakt7 load only ONE instrument ,how can I load all the sound instruments???

all of my sound instruments are installed successfully, why I can't see them in kontakt7???

Your Kontakt shows up as the Player version - which is odd, since you should own the full version. Does it say "DEMO" in Native Access next to it?

And what does the "Libraries" tab in the "Options" say? You can manually enable/disable the visibility of libraries there.

whether I start kontakt as standalone or in DAW, It always shows Player version.

but I don't know what you mean, there is no "DEMO" in Native Access2...

I bought the komplete 13 and download it throuth Native Access2

I don't know why it have so many trouble using kontakt...

@pianoboy0429 Did you install your libraries on an external hard drive? What is the format of that drive?

Make sure to give Kontakt and Logic full disk access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Then try the following:

Reinitialize the KONTAKT Database

Hold down the alt key on your computer's keyboard and click Go in the Finder menu bar. Choose the appearing Library entry in the drop-down menu.
