Absolutely not, it does not recognize command line arguments.
Any configuration should be made through Traktor preferences.
So I guess, loading tracks from command line, won't work either?...
I can't understand why anyone would want to do such thing, but either way, i assume yes, you can not.
I think it would be interesting to start your session with all your decks loaded.
Also, even more interesting, would be to be able to pass a TSI as an argument to Traktor.
