Tried to download the traktor pro 3 demo

Tried to download the traktor pro 3 demo.. when it downloaded instead was traktor LE… any ideas how to fix this… Or is this what is supposed to happen?

The LE license had been added to your account automatically when you registered a hardware device in 2022. It should be no problem to bypass this by doing the following:

Make sure Traktor and Native Access are closed
Open the folder /Users/Shared/Native Instruments/Native Access/ras3
Delete the file b701fa41-382f-4dd0-822c-480aea16e4f9.jwt
Restart your computer

When you now launch Traktor, it should start in Demo mode. Please let me know whether this has worked.

Hi @AxMusic,

indeed this is not how the demo installation is supposed to work. I have checked your User Account and found a Pro 3 LE license from 2022 (obtained alongside a piece of hardware). Native Access recognizes this and switches the installation automatically.

Are you on Mac or Windows?

I wasn’t even aware I had an LE license… Is there anyway I can bypass this, and try the pro version of the demo?
