Alicia Keys piano VST only gives me an electrical piano sound, but no grand concert pianos

I have purchased NI Alicia Keys but I only have one sound: a basic electrical piano sound, nothing close to a grand concert piano. I can only adapt the rooms, but cannot find a way to pick a concert piano.

I have loaded Alicia Keys into Kontact 7 Player and I'm using a Versakey Midi controller conntected to my MacBook Air through USB.

Anyone having an idea what could be the cause of this? Could it be because I'm using the free Kontact Player? I don't have yet a professional DAW.

    I had my MIDI port still turned off and meanwhile there was an electrical piano sounding in GarageBand :-D Very stupid mistake from myself, apologies.

    It is a concert piano - the samples are from a Yamaha C3 Neo grand piano, there are no electric piano options
