S88 mk2 usb issues

Hi my brand new s88 will not power up thru usb or will it connect to the midi control center or the firmware updater. It still works only thru the power plug but still works otherwise KK and Maschine work fine so does midi?. I am using win 10 and a usb pcie card to power it. Which works fine with anything else so am a bit stumped.

    May be the usb card does not have the power required by the keyboard. Have you tried using a port off the motherboard?
