RAZOR Vocoder in FL Studio 21?

I cannot figure out how to use the RAZOR Vocoder in FL Studio 21. I have a PDF about how to use the RAZOR vocoder but I cannot make heads or tails of it. Can someone please give me step by step procedure to use the Vocoder in FL Studio 21.

    You can go in conversation with @errorsmith. If it helps you - fine.

    BTW RAZOR is a R5 ensemble and Reaktor has it's own forum here.
