Why do I have the Free Kontakt 7 Player ?

I am trying to load 3rd party instruments but it seems I only have the Free Player.

3rd party instruments will not load.

in 2019 I purchased Komplete 12 Order Reference #101448148

Is the Paid version of the Kontakt Player not included when a customer purchases Komplete ?

You can drive/install one only: Player or full version but not both in one system.

Kontakt 7 is the new version that was released last year and came with Komplete 14. You can also just update to this version without updating Komplete. (For reference: Komplete 12 had Kontakt 6).

You should find Kontakt 6, under the generic name "Kontakt", in Native Access.

The free, but feature-limited Player version of full Kontakt is always available to you - regardless of what you've previously bought.
