Could S2MK3 be used as an MIDI input

Dear friends, I am a green hand of the sound engine a stupid question about my tractor, could my s2mk3 been used as a midi input in sound program software (Max/MSP), I try to connect it by using my USB line, however, it can not be detected. Like the picture shown.

The unit has it's MIDI Mode that you activate by press and hold the left FLX button while connecting the USB cable.

Additionaly, ensure that other midi capable apps are not connected to the S2. (since you are with Windows PC the midi port cannot be shared across the multiple apps)
