graded to ultimate to complete 14 collectors edition. when opening projets in logic x all g

    that solved the problem. I am on a M1 computer

    just upgraded to ultimate to complete 14 collectors edition. when opening projets in logic x all guitar rig 5 plugins gone. keep getting message "serial number is incorrect please run the service center to enter the correct serial number". when I check guitar rig 5 and 6 are installed

    @lsal Is it a M1 computer? Then it's probably this issue: GUITAR RIG 5, KONTAKT and SUPER 8 R2 Open as Demo Versions on Apple Silicon / M-Systems
