How do I see the content I’ve downloaded to an external hard drive on my KOMPLETE kontrol
@Bobby How did you install on the external hard drive? Did you use Native Access?
What is the format of your external hard drive?
If that content is official NKS content it is installed through Native Access and it adds the paths to Komplete Kontrol (same with third party installers for factory NKS content such as from Arturia)
If it is not official NKS content you need to add the paths to the NKS content manually in Settings/Library/User and run a database scan
It’s all content that came with KOMPLETE 14 standard but it’s not showing up… should I try to add the paths manually anyway?
No because it will add them in the user section. Sounds like a support issue
