NOIRE download failure

Hello, everyone, the NOIRE I just bought always shows that the download failed in the middle of the local visit. How can I solve this problem? Thank you.

    There are several messages that could be displayed for a Download Failure...do you have the specific error message?

    Hello, Blindeddie, it shows:FAILED-----Download failed Downloading Noire failed:Unknown error

    There is a support doc available on the subject, I can’t link to it on Mobile, so go to the support page (link at top) and search “Download Failed”… the solution(s) provided may or may not resolve your issue… if not, use the account and order support page to chat with NI during the listed hours or submit a support ticket!

    thank you Blindeddie，I'm going to contact NI tomorrow.Strangely, every time you download to 7.68GB, it will fail. Thank you again for your answer.
