Issue with the transfer of a used komplete kontrol keyboard

i have to resell a used kk keyboard. i have registered it officially at ni but now i don't know how to transfere again and to create a new serial number for the new buyer ...

the problem is that i already sold it and now i can't find it under my registered items at NI side.

did anybody have an idea??
