Need to transfer my license to my new computer
Hello everyone. I have a new computer. I want to transfer my license to my new computer but I don't know how to do it. Native instrument tells me that the serial number is already in use (by me of course) when I try to identify myself but does not propose me the porting. I searched all night long how to do it and I did not find... please help me... :(

Transferring licenses is not necessary. All you need to do is downloading and installing Native Access on your new computer. Then start Native Access and log in with your account. You can now download and install all your products again.

Hello, thank you for your quick answer. I have already installed Native access and Traktor software. However, when I launch Traktor it still asks me to: run the demo, or to buy it or to activate my account on Native Access. Which I have already done... Help please

It’s a problem lately Native Access has, not a matter of having the serial in the old computer.
The softwares can be installed on 2 (or 3 for Maschine and Komplete) and in case you need to install them on a further one, it should be enough to uninstall them for one of the previous computer (I said “should” cause NI isn’t so reliable lately, specially with its Native Access installations software)

My suggestion is to install the previous version of Native Access they are giving to momentarily avoid the problems created by latest builds.

Ok so, I installed the older version but i have the same message on traktor: run the demo, or buy it or to activate go to Native Access... :(

And have you assigned to NA with your user account having Traktor licence? I have never had such problems. Went to a new computer installed NA, logged into NA and installed.

I suspect that there is a manipulation that I did not do... I installed Native access and I logged in I thought that would be enough... what did I miss?

@Drustan I see you got in touch with our support and they released the serial so you should be able to register it now. It looks like you didn't and did not get back to my colleagues. Do you still need help?
@LostInFoundation The issue has nothing to do with Native Access.
