Hello, My problem is that I bought my DDJ T1 Controller about 2016/2017 & I used it quite a lot at this time

Had the full version and did some gigs with it

now its 2023 & I wanted to do some Music again but I cant download Traktor (2 or 3?) because it says " Download failed- please check your Internet connection.. download the latest version of NA."

I have perfect Internet & when I click the Link to downloard the latest version, I get to the same Page of NI

Im kinda desperate and just want to make some music, would appreciate if somebody could help

This error message is only created by Native Access 1.

Which OS are you running exactly?

If you are running macOS 10.14 or higher, or Windows 10, please install Native Access 2:

https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

Are you then able to open it without issue?

99% is not really your internet connection having problems, but Native Access. Quite usual these days…

If you want, try to revert back to a previous version of NA to see if things are better (links at the end of first page in this link:)

I’m on Native Access 1 and I don’t get these kind of messages. Quite the opposite: version 1 works quite good for me, while version 2 seems to have many problems these days

There is no error message with this precise wording in NA2.

Ok, so probably he is already using NA1 and he has problems that I don’t encounter. In this case, trying to use NA2 is a must 👍🏼
