Signal Path

Is there a way to re-route the signal path so that the filter on the mixer comes before the FX section? Atm, the filter cuts out any fx I have on the track and I want to leave the delay or reverb still in the mix when I use the filter.
cheers

You can set the FX Unit Routing to Post Fader, which applies the FX on the channel after the EQ/filters/fader.
By default this is Insert, which applies the FX on the raw channel input before EQ/filters/fader is applied from the mixer.
Hope that helps!

I can’t recall for sure…but isn’t there a filter also in the FXs? You could use this

True. The sequence of the FX signal path is FX 1, 2, 3 (Unit 1), FX 1, 2, 3 (Unit 2), etc. So put it in Unit 1, first effect.

Thanks. Yes, I have been using this but guess I'm just greedy for more fx!
Also think it would be useful as an option for other things too.
