Crossgrading price saying I'm not eligible even though I am

I'm trying to buy kontakt 7 and do it through the crossgrade price to save 100 dollars. It says I do not qualify for cheaper purchasing even though I have two of the plugins that are eligible for crossgrade pricing. I have both Vintage Organs and West Africa. They are both the full version and run in the kontakt player, I have serial numbers for them on native access. Should I just go ahead and buy the cross grade anyways? I don't want to buy it and not be able to run it.

It looks like crossgrade should work for you, but better to check with NI Support if NI eshop says no....

Facing a similar issue for the purchase of Komplete 14 Ultimate and the NI support hasn't reverted to the ticket yet. Anywhere else I can raise this issue or get a solution?
