Kontrol S2 MK3 Xfader operating consistently odd

Hi all,

Hoping you can help as I'm not getting any luck anywhere. My S2 MK3 crossfader is performing well after being cleaned. However.

From left to right it is not following a linear curve. The first %10 of the move from the left results in Traktor bringing the crossfader to the middle!

After that there is a smooth progression from the middle to the right.

I've tried mapping the xfader position to the xfader position. I've inverted this so can confirm not a software issue.

If you can't manually re-calibrate the xfader you should return the device for repairs. This is surely a calibration problem.

What happes when you manually map (in the controller manager, S2Mk3 mapping file) the TraktorSW-xfader function to the S2Mk3HW-xfader?

It still has a weird ramp to the fader. I've updated the Q to include an example video. Thank you very much for thinking about it!
