Why does slide speed automation not work when reloading project?

See attached video, please... when reloading a track on which I have clip automation to control the slide speed, the automation doesn't work. If I manually adjust the Automation in Kontakt, it then starts working again, until I close/re-open the project.

I tried this with automating the 'Tone' property, and the same result.

is it only with this library? Maybe it´s an issue with shreddage 3 or what it´s called.

Tried various configurations, and a NI instrument (Alicia's Keys)

The results are consistent.

Komplete Kontrol VST3 > Kontakt 6 VST > Stratus 3.5

automation is disabled

Wow, that is really strange, I tried with abketon live lite latest version (11 something) latest kontakt 7 (also vst3) and some Instruments and it always worked like it should. I also could not find a setting that could change the behavior like that. Will try again later - watched your video again, I used clip automation in the clip view, but you have your clip loaded into the linear timeline as far as I can see - but it should work anyway.
