Can't launch expansions after the 9 for 99 offer

Bought the 9 for $129 deal, cant even launch native instruments.

What is "the 9" supposed to be?

Also "Native Instruments" is the name of the company, not the product(s) they sell.

Simply put...

• Register an account on the NI website.
• Download Native Access.
• Use the same account as you used on the NI website to log in.
• Your products should be listed, use the program to install them.

If "the 9" refer to the 9 extensions for E99 then be aware that those extensions are meant to be used with Maschine and/or Massive. If you don't have either product then you basically got an extensive and somewhat expensive sample library; for those which are sample based.
