how do i fix my maschine studio ? ? ?

My Hardware is not responding to my software i have a MASCHINE STUDIO my computer is an imac im using macOS High Sierra 10.130.6 with an i3 processor it was working yesterday for the first time after i looked on the net to try to solve the issue which i did but totally lost the video i come in the studio today and what do u know its not working it comes on and stays on the screen says MASCINE on one and Groove Production Studio on the other has anyone had this problem ? ? ? If so can someone plz tell me how to fix it thank you kindly

    I figured it out thanks but I do have another question when I go on native access and look at my account I have an expansion pack that I bought but can’t access it what do I need to do in order to use the expansion pack
