The Orchestra Complete 2 decreases volume

Hello,

I have a problem with The Orchestra Complete 2 in Kontakt

The following happens:

I played some chords in multi mode in the orchestra and drag them to my daw (cakewalk)

now... in playback mode the track plays at normal level. - first time -

An indub (second playback) is not possible because the sound of the recorded track is suddenly very low.

The recording is much decreased.

When I choose another multi in the orchestra the volume is back.

I tried also with setting the controller disabled but this did not worked.

Can you help me?

    Sounds like Cakewalk sends CC7 and CC10 reset when transport is started. There's an option to disable this somewhere in preferences.

    How can I fix this problem?

    This is the first time it happens to me and I really don't kwow where or what to do.

    Do i have to change something in my daw (preferences), in TOC2 or both?

    And if yes, what do I have to change?
