Installing Kore Sound Packs
I know Kore is not supported anymore, anyway I'm trying to install my old precious soundpacs to Kore Player 2.1.4, but I get this error message:
"The North India library cannot be installed, because the Kore 2 sample content path is not correctly set in Kore or Kore Player.
Please launch Kore 2 or Kore Player and select the appropriate location for the sample content folder. Then start this installer again."
What might be the correct location?

That's probably just an arbitrary message being sent while it isn't the main reason that it can't be installed. You'll need a system with Windows 7 or older to install it. I still have it on a laptop with Vista, but a broken install on Win10.
Or whatever the oldest compatible mac system is.

Well, then all hope is lost.

Well, I'm usually wrong more than I am right. So, there may be hope. 😀 My comment was directed at anything Kore related, but not your specific sound pack.
Anyway, here's the compatibility chart...

My guess, Kore has the installation path stored somewhere. It might be in configuration file, or registry. Most probably it will be registry.
And maybe that the installation path is set to folder/disc that does not exist anymore.
Just guesses based on how SW generally works. I do not have/know Kore personally.

Such a message popped up, when I tried to update Kore player without having the factory library installed. Are you sure you installed the kore player correctly with all its components?
