Native Access never updates my software

My Native Access software never manages to update my software (I am running the latest version, but the problem has been present forever). So I must uninstall the software manually with different software and run the NI Reg Uninstall tool - Then I can go back to Native Access and install the latest version as a full version. And when the Native Access software is sooooo slow, to begin with, it takes way longer than it should for a simple update file. So any suggestions on what I can do to remedy this? is there a place I can download the updated file and then run I manually?

I also have to use the registry edit tool to update, every single time. None of my Native Instruments plugins update correctly. There is no fix. Have to use reg edit tool no matter what.
