Help with Tina Guo Cello
I bought Tina Guo Legato cello in 2018. It worked great in Kontakt. Now it only runs in demo mode, and Native Access will not let me update it. I have the old serial number from Cinesamples Kontakt will not accept it. Cinesamples tech support is trying to help but to no avail. Does anyone know where I can download the new, full version of this, and punch in my old serial number to get it to work?? PLease help if anyone has dealt with this issue and resolved it. Thanks!
