plugins not loadin in maschine

hi am having trouble with my maschine MK2. Hardware is fine.. all plugins work in standalone mode. however when inside maschine. on the kits and expansions work. none of my plugin instruments.. massieve kontakt etc.

@dukez Can you give more details? What happens when you try to load an instrument? Can you load Kontakt or Massive through the right menu?
