how to setup native access.

hi, I've just downloaded the free kontact player and the NI samples. Nothing is available in the Native Access library and 'installed' is greyed out and when I try to close it says installation in progress. Also I can't close Komplete Kontrol.

    Are the products on your Native Instruments account? They should appear immediately.

    What's your operating system?

    @hippocrene We'd need more info, as @deprieto asked, what is your operating system? Can you share some screenshots of the issue in Native Access ?
