KONTAKT 7.1.8 CRASHES CUBASE 12 LATEST VERSION

Hi there,

for at least a month now, kontakt 7 latest versions keeps crashing

cubase 12 latest versions. what the hell is wrong?

does somebody actually know?

I've been in contact with NI support for a few times now and it seems that nobody knows how to have it up and running without crashing the cubase.

im on pc, amd ryzen 3950x , 128 ram, rme ufx ii, win11.

in gods name can somebody actually help?

    @catonudo I see that you contacted our support on this issue last saturday but couldn't find other requests regarding this topic. One of my colleagues should get back to you soon.

    Does it also crash in Kontakt in standalone?

    Have you tried these steps? KONTAKT Crashes

    If it only happens in Cubase, when does it crash? When you open a Kontakt track? When you load an instrument? Any instrument? What version of Kontakt shows in Cubase? Click on the NI logo to check. Is it the same version as the standalone version?

    I don't think so due I don't really use the standalone version.

    yes, all of them. nothing.

    If it only happens in Cubase, when does it crash?

    there is no particular time. it can be after the project opens for an hour and then just all of a sudden even if I'm not doing anything.

    When you load an instrument?

    no.

    What version of Kontakt shows in Cubase?

    latest.

    Is it the same version as the standalone version?

    yes.

    I have the same problem. Kontakt 7 has been the main reason of many crashes, with multiple versions of Cubase. When it works, it works like a charm. But so often Cubase just crashes instantly when I try to load the plugin. Standalone works okay, but also often needs quite some time to actually open up, sometimes I need to click on it multiple time before an instance is finally openend.
