No sound preview

Some library instruments don't reproduce any sound preview. Is this normal?

    Have you downloaded the "Previews" library from Native Access?

    What libraries?

    All NKS libraries (that are instruments) should have sound previews.

    Alicia Keys, Cuba, Demage, Drum Lab, Emotive Strings, and some more...

    Oh, I didn’t realize that was this “Preview” pack. Thanks a lot Jester! Now all it’s working properly!

    Hi there, where can I report this? I tried downloading the previews through Native Access, it got downloaded and it then got stuck installing for long time. I then attempted to install it manually from the "CD" it creates and I noticed that it's corrupted so halfway through it starts to fail every file it needs to unpack.


    What can I do about this? If I start Native Access it is still stuck on "installing previews", how can I cancel all of this and try to download and install it again?
