Hi, new to the forum here, just got a S49 from Germany, the white keys are all stiff, wondering why that is, hope its not faulty, paid £570 plus a £130 shipping fee, last thing i need is to send it back

Guess you have to contact support direct, tho it isn't something simple like the protective foam strip still left under the keys from shipping?
Now that would have been embarrassing if you had of sent that one back :)

Best thing would be to read the manual really as a start. I know reading isn';t cool these days but it is worth it to learn how the keyboard and software all work.
I do have a YT channel but don't really do tutorials on the KK series, there are loads out there already.
Some NI instruments have a scaled down GUI which I guess they figured would make them easier to figure out but most people want the full GUI which you can switch to with this button:
Only shows when the GUI is in compact mode
