EXS/Logic sampler format, still

Either the internet has decided to forget about the EXS24 now that it's gone, or NI have removed all Google links covering this topic - there's nothing coming up when being redirected here, neither does "exs" prompt any results when searching this forum - not a very exciting start for an overhauled platform (but maybe it's still scanning keywords in the background...?;)

Anyway - what are your workarounds for this? Is there still a way to bring EXS files into Kontakt somehow ?

(I've read the Charlie Clouser thread, but can't seem to get my hands on the kconvert.bundle he's mentioning. Has anyone tested this with Kontakt 6?)

It's a sad thing to see that all companies are restricting exchange possibilities between DAWs (Ableton's sampler used to import quite a lot of formats too - not anymore). Sign of the times.

You can still use Kontakt 5 if you are a veteran user and have a license. When many software tools are rewritten they drop support for legacy formats. Simplest way to run Exs instruments is in Logic.
