Komplete Control Not Found in Protools 12

Just installed Kontakt 6, 7, Reaktor 6, and Komplete Kontrol all at once. All of them show up as an instrument plug-in in Protools except for Komplete Kontrol. File directories are all identical and it functions fine in standalone. Something I'm missing here?

@LukeEmulous You could try the following:

• Close Pro Tools
• Delete this file: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins\Komplete Kontrol.aax
• Open Pro Tools
• Close Pro Tools
• Reinstall Komplete Kontrol from Native Access.
• Open Pro Tools again.

The same with Massive.aaxplugin / Battery 4.aaxplugin / Komplete Kontrol.aaxplugin...

MacOS 10.14.6 / protools11.3.1

the reinstall does not resolve the problem.

Kontakt 5.aaxplugin / Reaktor5.aaxplugin are fonctional

@charlieskulteur Make sure you have the last Komplete Kontrol version supported on 10.14: Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS You'll also find the installer for these versions.

I followed these instructions and my contact 5 and guitar rig 5 still won't load . I have the newest version of Komplete and everything says installed . I've reinstalled the sounds uninstalled reinstalled Komplete Kontrol I still cannot get these plugs activated in protools
