chords and melody in the same view?

I have the chords and the melody in 2 different groups. Is there a way to see the notes from both, chords and melody in one view? I come from making music in music notation software and Logic Pro ...trying to make beats now. Not sure if I am using Maschine as it was intended..any help, much appreciated.
