can not access the functions on guitar rig

i have guitar rig loaded as a plugin in my daw but the volume and all the other function don't work

    oh my lord---all i had to do was reset the scaling size...i am good now guys---thanks

    what do you mean exactly, are you sure that the sound is routed through gr?

    i can't make adjustments--{volume bass treble] can't scroll down on the presets

    im using waveform 11 free on windows 10

    Have you tried vst2 and vst3. What gr version you use.
