I purchased a new computer and my kontakt 7 does not appear in my native access. I tried to input my serial number to see if that would fix it and it didn't. On my old computer (native access 1), Kontakt 7 does appear but on my new computer that has native access 2, is does not show up.. Yes...Yes, I have tried to install native access 1 on my new computer and still, no sign of Kontakt 7. Can someone please help
