Kontakt 7 Does Not appear in my Native Access

I purchased a new computer and my kontakt 7 does not appear in my native access. I tried to input my serial number to see if that would fix it and it didn't. On my old computer (native access 1), Kontakt 7 does appear but on my new computer that has native access 2, is does not show up.. Yes...Yes, I have tried to install native access 1 on my new computer and still, no sign of Kontakt 7. Can someone please help

    sorry to hear about that.

    Can you please let me know which operating system you are on?

    Do any products show, if so do you see them as Installed or as DEMO? DEMO would be a sign that you are logging in with the wrong email account. Please double check that.

    Update for the OP: The serial number is not correct and our support team has now replaced it with a correct one.
