My music files are greyed out

Hey Fellow community members,

I use the Maschine 3 device to make beats, when I go to open to load up my music files I noticed that some of my music files are greyed out, does anyone know why? These files that are greyed out are music I made a few years ago. I know sometimes the Maschine software upgrades it's software and can affect the music files but I'm not sure of this is the case. I made some really cool beats but now I can't open them. Any suggestion on this would be helpful. Thanks.

What are the extensions of the greyed out files? Right click the file, choose find in Explorer/Finder.

@Pinkyswear If the project is greyed out, it could be that it's still in the Maschine 1 format (.mprj). You'll need to convert it into a Maschine 2 project. If you're using Maschine 2.8, go to File and click on "Import Maschine 1 format".

If you don't see this option, you might need to temporarily downgrade your Maschine...
